Well, here the interviewer wants to know whether and how much you are serious about the position or it’s just a random interview for you. Here the best way you could frame your answer is -

Ø  Express how much you admire the company. Here you have the opportunity to tell them how much you know about the company, how enthusiastic you are to get associated with the Name.
Ø  Align your competencies and skills with the position you have applied. Tell them why you fit in for the role.
Ø  Tell them your future goals. Focus on that you would stick for long.

6. How do you handle stress and pressure? 

The reason behind this question is that the interviewer wants to know what do you get panicked or stress out under workload or with new responsibilities. Here you can tell about a project you handled and despite the circumstances or shortcomings, you were able to save the day. You can tell that how you have handled stress in your previous job. OR
What do you do when things don’t go smoothly at work?

7. Describe a difficult work situation/project and how you overcame it. 

The interviewer wants to know what you do when you face a difficult situation at work.

8. What are your goals for the future?
