Ø  Express how much you admire the company. Here you have the opportunity to tell them how much you know about the company, how enthusiastic you are to get associated with the Name.
Ø  Align your competencies and skills with the position you have applied. Tell them why you fit in for the role.

6. How do you handle stress and pressure? 

The reason behind this question is that the interviewer wants to know what do you get panicked or stress out under workload or with new responsibilities. Here you can tell about a project you handled and despite the circumstances or shortcomings, you were able to save the day. You can tell that how you have handled stress in your previous job. OR

7. Describe a difficult work situation/project and how you overcame it.

8. What are your goals for the future?
